- Based on our understanding and doctors feedback, Severe Allergic Asthma and Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria patients are not completely aware of their disease conditions, the triggers that cause their condition to exacerbate and how to avoid them, do not properly track their symptoms, improvement, treatment expectations.
- Doctors also always communicate how challenging it is to enforce patients compliance – most patients miss out on doses of their medication due to short-term improvement which eventually leads to worsening of their conditions later on OR due to lack of patience to see treatment outcomes/improvement (4-6 months) . Some patients even drop out (25% of all patients drop out on average) due to lack of understanding of their condition and what to expect from treatment.
